Reservations will be held for one week, during which a deposit of 25% is required to secure the reservation. This should be sent to Apt 74 Brewhouse, Royal William Yard, Plymouth, PL1 3QQ .

Please make cheques payable to: Richard Bath. Acknowledgement will be sent by return. The balance is due 14 days before the start of your holiday.

Bookings are preferably taken on a weekly basis, starting on a Saturday, but other periods can be arranged by discussion. Lettings are from 3pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure.
