The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer. The kitchen leads to a tastefully furnished sitting room with a colour TV, video and CD player.

Upstairs, the two bedrooms (one double and one twin) are fully furnished. There is a hairdryer and alarm clock. A cot could also be accommodated. The bathroom has a bath and integral shower. There are fitted carpets and central heating throughout.

Bed and kitchen linen, duvets and towels are provided as are kitchen and bathroom cleaning materials, washing up liquid, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder and toilet rolls. On arrival, you will find a pint of milk, teabags, sugar and a loaf of bread. Fuel and power charges are included in the price.

Mobile phone signals are good. The private garden outside has a table and chairs. Information leaflets about the town and surrounding area can be found on the sitting room table. Please help yourself.
